Emergency exits/Fire protection

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

TO TENANTS IN ENERGY EVOLUTION CENTER

  • Familiarize yourself with the escape routes
  • Familiarize yourself with the assembly point - it is on the corner of Kungsgatan/Langsgatan, by Rexelhuset = X in the picture.

  • Familiarize yourself with the orange vests (escape conductors) that are suspended, as well as the instructions that are on the vests.
  • Regardless of where you are in the house, the responsibility may end up being the evacuation leader (orange vest) in the event of a fire alarm.
  • Each fire cell in the building is an area that, in the event of a fire alarm, must be searched and emptied of people by the evacuation leader (orange vest). The instructions are clear and can be found by the orange vests.
  • Reporting takes place to the evacuation coordinator who wears a yellow vest and is located at the main entrance. The evacuation coordinator (yellow vest) notifies the evacuation leaders (orange vest) when it is allowed to re-enter the building after an evacuation.
  • When evacuating, take your phone, medications and any clothing if it is easily accessible.
  • The property's fire alarm is connected to SOS Alarm.

As a tenant in the Energy Evolution Center, you have a responsibility to contribute to ensuring that the fire safety in the building meets the requirements. Think about this,

  • Report a fault if you see something broken in the fire protection
  • Remember that escape routes must not be blocked
  • Doors in fire compartments must not be set up
  • Report an error if a door in a fire cell does not open again
  • Broken electrical equipment can be the cause of fire, e.g. tangled cables, broken mobile chargers and flashing fluorescent lights.
